just telling all you that today was my first day back at full speed and it felt awsome. I am 5 and a half months out of an ACL Meniscus replacement and today was my first day at full throttle. I dont know if you guys care but i am just really happy that i will be ready for this season :banana: :banana: :banana:

yeah i am still rehabin, but i actualy have some bad news bros, i guess i got a little too pumped up a little too early cause i was runnin some routes yesterday and went down on a cut, i think it might set me back a while but trainer says he doesnt think its anything major.....

yeah it hurts me to do it but im gonna wait till the end of august, that way i can work real good with the trainers and get my leg stronger than ever so i dont f*ck it up again. thanks for all the support bros
