Hi guys. I am new here and i love this forum.
I am 23 yrs old and have been training naturally for the past 5 years.

I will be going on my first cycle soon, 10 wks of test. Therefore, i need all the criticizims i can get to try to improve whatever it is i need when i do my first cycle.

These pics are not too recent, but it gives you an idea of wat i look like. In these pics, I am pumped (except for the back shot in the grey shorts, that shot is cold). All opinions are much appreciated. Thank you

You look very good for being natural. Your arms are definately your strong point. BTW how big are they cold?

If anything I'd say your chest and back needs to be brought up to match them.

I agree with you 100%..my arms respond so well for some odd reason.

measurements pumped:
Arms: 17.5"
chest 45"
legs 25.25"

Cold:
-1" off pumped

Thank for the opinion. I have a feeling that many will say that back and chest needs work. And its funny, i have no mercy at all on my back and chest when i go to the gym, yet they dont respond as well..:(

Great for natural bro. Keep pounding the back, it will come along. Legs aren't bad either, but could use some work. Keep it up bro and good luck with the cycle.

Can you post your back and chest routine? Personally I had a hard time getting my chest to grow as well. It seemed like my triceps and delts bore most of the load. A few small changes to hand position and order of exercises made my chest respond very dramatically.

My back routine is always changing, so is my chest..i dont like to keep the same routine as the muscles get used to the excercises way too quickly and dont respond.

But, in general, i stay along the lines of:
bent over rows
seated rows
pull ups

For chest
incline bb
flat bb
flys

I tried dips, but for some reason i feel nothing with dips. So i dont do them as much but maybe i should.

Thanks again guys for all the opinions/criticizims. that is what i need form you guys to really work on an improve on my cycle.

Just a thought bro, but on the dips, try and keep your head down, that way you use more chest than tri's. YOu should grow with dips, they are great. Good luck.

Very good build.....and all natural...good for you. Good upper body and legs look good.......lats could use a little extra attention but they aren't bad by any means.

looking good .....arms are good and delts are good for a natural.....if you were to tan alittle you would look even more cut and that would give the appearance of size and hardness. Dont worry the juice will definitely turn you into a diffrent breed. Keep us posted and keed up the good work.

Nice base bro, good work! You could definitely use some back work to widen out. Your arms are f'ing huge, and will look even bigger as you get wider. Also, just like 99.9% of the rest of the world, you can always work on growing the wheels! Good job though, you are going to be a monster after your cycle!

Stubborn muscles are always a pain, and this is the reason i decided to do a cycle. I remember telling myself "i will NEVER do that stuff"..haha, there goes that idea.

I am looking to get to 185-190 after this cycle. I am going to eat everything in site. the good, the bad, and the ugly...:)

:lol: I said the same thing, and now I am in the planning stages also. It's funny what educating yourself does to your opinions.

You sure you never did anything???? Your pretty ******* jacked. Have you taken anything other then AS. You should walk right up to your parents and say thank you if you didnt!!! I would have to say (based on pics) upper chest and maybe your shoulders since your Bi's look twice the size of them in that second round of pics... Have fun becoming a monster bro!! and welcome!!

LOL..the only supplements i have used is protein, and lots of it.

5 years is a LOTTA training. Well done for holding off on the juice - shows how far u cant get without it.

Back and chest look ok, perhaps you are overtraining them a tad?

Maybe u can tell me.

Chest:

4 sets of incline BB
3 sets of flat DB
2 sets of flys

Back:

4 sets of barbell rows
3 sets of seated rows
3 sets of pull ups
2 sets of whatever i feel like..lol.

I have a lot of knowledge about training, and i dont think that is over training..what do yo think?

Oh., and btw, i always change my routine.

my first cycle got me 2.5" boost in arm size, but i started out with 16's and ran other compunds with test.....but, in your case even on test alone i'd say 18-19.5" is definitely within a reach....

those are what you call huge triceps. **** if you get 19'' arms...wow. i second the dips comment tho. they make a big difference for me. now if they would just move the dip station closer to the dumbells at my gym

Thanks dude..well, 19" arms is defintely not something i would consider achievable from 1 cycle. Specially knowing i have 16.5" right now.

If i can get 17.25-.5" I will be very happy.

Arms are awsome.

Agree with damiongage- do the basics- dead, dips (weighted- you have tri strength to spare, head down, hitting the chest with a plate or two) and I would add weighted pull ups when you are juicing.

Deads and weighted pull ups will add thickness really quick.

Dead lifts i cant do due to a lower back injury a few yrs ago.

Weighted dips i will definitely give a shot. Whats the body posture for hitting the chest on dips other then keeping the head up?
