Here is my latest progress pic folowing yor custom Da Bull diet. Im still 8 weeks out and eating around 2200 cal/day, but I cheat often - especially on my PWO meal. Back in Feb/Mar when I was Santa Clause I had a 40" waist and 25-30%BF, now I have a 34-35 waist. I estimate my BF at about 12-13% - if you have a better estimate from the pic please comment.

Getting slightly stronger as the Halo is just starting to kick but the restricted cals do not help strength or endurance.

Made a slight tweaek to your original diet, I now just eat every 2 hours and divide the nutrition accordingly. If I stay up a litte longer then I make sure the last coulpe are real small. Im taking the L-Arginine at night but not PWO.

Also - my arms have made a little progress since you revamped my workout.

QUESTION? Why is it all coming off my waist and gut but I still cant see striations etc in my arms and chest etc?

Great work. I've been baseing my diet off of that one and will be up to my next cycle. I haven't gotten in to dropping 100 cals a week though as I'm just trying to follow a solid diet and I'm just finishing PCT. Today is my last Clomid dosage in fact.

Thanks MAX - so far dB has given me the cycle , the workout, the diet, and the ancillaries and PCT strategy.

but besdies those few "little details" I figured everyting else out ;)

He gave me his diet cause we are both in our 40s and he knows what works well for us older guys. Once he taught me the fundamentals of how the food groups and total cals go together I was able to tweak it to my tastes. Also showed me how to make cheating work for you too - and it does - changeups keep you from going into homestasis and keps you metabolism burning.

I guess I should be carefull - dB will have 1000 guys PMing him for custom diets. I know he gets hundreds of PMs per day - but then his stuff works and people know it.

excellent boss,thats unbeleivable i have a bit of bf i need to remove and im working on a diet ,this is the sort of thing that insires me to push harder.i bet every one who hasnt seen you a a few months cant believe it. :lift:

Your bf isn't low enough yet....you need to be under 10% to start to see the chest come out striated.

cheat every day - doing things like eating fruit, using skim milk, etc. - I never waste a cheat on pie cake donuts or stupid stuff.

always make up for it by cutting some fats or doing more cardio and calisthenics.

I can "feel" when ive taken in enough carbs and I can stop at that point.

This diet is great cause im never hungry - of course im still over 2Kcals too. Once I get to 1600, 1500 it wil be not only a test of will but a lot of work resizing protions and weighing stuff out to the gram. I hate the detail work.
