These are not very good pics, it looks like I have a gut in the second pic. And my arms don't look much bigger. My camera sucks.

I'll scan some photos soon they will be much better quality.

I don't have a pic before I started, so I posted the earliest one I had.

Week 1 - 162lbs
Week 10 - 190lbs

My bench max was 215 - 1 time.
Now - 275 - 1 or 2 times.

I don't know my max now because I didn't want to go to heavy, cause I had some shoulder pain during my cycle, but I do 225 10 times in my workout.

My legs shaped up changed quite a bit, but I didn't take pics yet.
My bodyfat before starting was 9% and dropped as low as 7.2% about halfway through my cycle, toward the end and now it is at 8.5%.
This was measured with one of those handheld electric waves BS, so I'm not sure how accurate it was, they have it at my gym. Flame Away.

I worked out hard through high school and tapered off then started back about a year ago.
what type of cycle did you do?
Sustanon 250mg/E3D for 10 weeks. Last one tomorrow.
30mg/day for the first 3 weeks.
Nolva I used it on and off, never felt I really needed it.

I had very minimal sides.
Ive read where some people had no sides till PCT.
I'll post how that goes.

My diet was pretty good except for a few days(a week)
I am happy with my results.

I'm 23 years old.
Currently I am 5' 11" 189lbs 32-33"waist, 16" biceps,
those are off a little, I measured myself.

you filled out nicely,dont get discouraged when you come off and lose some of that fullness and weight....30# is alot for a 10 week cycle,i'd say 20 of it s water...keep training though and you'll keep growing

I did an omna/winny cycle about a year ago and lost a great deal of the weight. Though I did lose a lot of strength as well, i kept at it in the gym and now find myself moving the same weight I did when on the omnadren (which is the same as sust, almost). But definitelt expect to lose the weight and a good deal of the strength. MAKE SURE you do proper PCT and maybe take creatine to help soften the losses and to help keep the strength/weight gains.

when you lose water weight,you lose that cushion (so to speak)around your joints.do proper PCT,eat more calories then you are now(clean) and your gonna have to adjust your training until your test levels stabalize.you dont want to overtrain at that point.i'd suggest you just try and maintain for a month. by then you should be out of the woods and then get back into it...heavy & hard.my strength has increased dramatically during my current PCT,and my weight has increased 12# in the last 3 weeks.but i just got done cutting and dieting so i exspected things to go up.

I'm going to try and get another pic up tonight, and one of my wheels.
My wheels aren't very impressive cause untill 10 weeks ago I did very little for legs.
You guys won't think much about the wheels but they have changed quite a bit, I have no before pic, unless I can find a scanner and scan a photo.

Heres a pic I took today.
Well, I'm off to workout.

It's been 4 1/2 months since I've posted. Now, I'm back for round 2.
I have been working out 3-4 days a week and weigh 175.

7,2% ? -I can t see any abs...with bf that low u should be able to see them clearly.

Huge improvement for 10 weeks! I sounds like you should research the diet forum a bit more. "Eating pretty good accept for 2 days a week", you would probably benefit from a detailed diet (read the diet forum stickies).

Round 2 should definetly be to stick to a diet and workout plan for more than a year before hitting another cycle. Good luck

good job bro, u definately made improvements from week 4 to week 10. you look alot normal and healthier. i don't see where u gained 30 pounds though????? u look more like 15 pounds..... plus if u disagree with me maybe if you would have given a better full body shot it would have helped us to see how u'r legs improved and your back improved . u've posed as if u'r trying to get on the cover A&F!

he looks a lot thicker, a lot of that weight was probably on his back, thickening him up.

u've only retained 13lbs after 4 months......may wanna work on your diet for round 2 since u lost over half of ur gains sfter round 1..........based on the condition u were in to begin with i was not surprised......…..bulk and visit the fridge more often to build solid muscles….......in plain and simple eat, eat, and eat to keep growing…............:)

LOL, that wasnt intended, that was the only pic I could find though.

I did work on my back a lot and my shoulders probly grew more than anything,
I need to get some recent pics and post them.

And I did gain exactly 31lbs but I was pretty bloated, so a lot of that came off.

You distributed the fat around equally which is very very good. In otherwords nothing just piled up in the belly. The belly seems to have gotten its share but so did everything else.

I definately noticed increased arm size as the very first thing noticed, I dont know why you dont think the arms dont look like they increased. Also very noticable is increased definition on the deltoids (upper arms), the shoulder and neck had very very good improvement. The traps really came out, of course I am really hot on my traps lately, I like getting these developed because when you have your shirt on, you really dont see how you are developing, but when your traps develop out good, this can be seen and noticed clearly thru your shirt, sometimes more easily then bigger arms or pecs can and it also gives you that all around "muscles buldging out everywhere look. The pecs look bigger and better separation, the gut looks like it got the least and when you PCT and the water bloat comes off, this is where most of it is at so dont be suprised if 5 to 10 lbs comes off and its 100% taken out of the gut and your BF drops significantly. In my past PCT, abs came out like I never expected, then when back on cycle, it was the first place for water bloating to cover up, but next PCT those abs will probably be out with greater vengence then ever!

Dont expect to bloat as much next time. Thats typical to get extra bloating the first time, next cycle your body will be familiar with high doses of gear and not react so strongly to it. The muscle still grows, in fact if you are somewhat under trained which is very typical of anyone under 200 lbs, your body has testosterone levels dependant muscle memory and as soon as you get back on cycle, it might only take 4 or 5 weeks to go back to that 190's although it will be very hard to break past that first cycle plateau, then all your future cycles will be mostly connected to trying to regain that middle of cycle look from the last time.

Its quite typical for the under trained before steroid cycles to loose most gains when off cycle and recover it quickly on cycle, so then before too long, its very tempting to just stay "on" cycle because everyone is wondering why you are roller coastering your weight up and down 20 lbs every handful of months. One thing that helps reduce your losses, improve your PCT's, do good clomid cycles, add plenty of tongkat/tribulis, increase your weights lifted in PCT, hold onto strength gains during cycles, dont slack off in PCT or after. Your muscle size is directly connected to weights lifted more then it is the steroids, the steroids just make it easier to lift heavier weights and heal afterwards. Creatine helps you retain steroid strength to keep you lifting heavier weights in off cycle.

Im wanting to start again I just can't decide what to take this time.
I don't want to bulk up so much as gain lean muscle with minimal water weight. I'm thinking of Test E and Anavar then maybe some Winstrol toward the end.
