pct for pro hormone cycle

i plan to take 60ct 5mg M1-T put into 21 days stacked with 250mgs of 4ad per day for the 21 days. I have 1 bot 6-oxo, 50ct 50mg clomid, and 20 noveldex at 20mg a piece. any suggestions on how to structure this pct treatment or should i even take the 6oxo or novel during? im not sure. if anyone knows what would be best please help. thanks

i would say take the 6-0x0 during the cycle and save the nolva for pct.
or take 10mg of nolva during and after and also 6-0x0.
for clomid use 300mg 1st day then 2-11 100mg then 11-21 50mg.
