Good traps...back looks thick....chest is good but with a little cutting it'll look a lot better. Wheels aren't bad...from what I can see in the pic. Not bad at all Wrath. What's your height and weight?

Im getting close to 6'3 and weight is 271 according to the scale this morning...it fluctuates between 265 to 275 depending on if there is a buffet in sight...

Preciate it juggy...been lurking around the board for more than a year and am finally deciding to get active.

Thanks for the compliments!! Naw...I've never used steriods . Just a diet of carribean food. Lots of chicken.

My lifts aren't that impressive. I never max for just one rep. To be honest with you I could prolly max more when I was playing football and weighed less, but I look bigger now so I stopped the whole maxing thing. I benched 405 for 3 solid reps but that the highest ive gone in 2 years. Squatting has always been weak for me and 405 is about as heavy as I will go with extremely good form...I picked up bad habits from lifting in highschool that I am just now getting out of in terms of form trying to show out.

MY neck measures 19.25"
arms measure 19.5 left----20" even on the right (**** is weird)
legs 29.5"
chest is 50
and waist is 35 ...again depending if there is all you can eat spot 36 :(

Thanks again for the replies.

you say youve been training for 2 years seriously and 4 in total. Ummmm, what the hell kinda genetics you got there buddy?

wtf .. people work out for that there whole life and dont get that big.

I need more info to believe your ass mang. Not that I am callin BS, but **** thats pretty big for a dude whos been working out serious for 2 years ... with 20 inch arms and 35 inch waist...at 6 3 thats not really fat man... and you have 20 inch arms... thats just not normal...

how big were your arms before that ... I cant see that as being possible, no AS just lots of chicken with a 35 inch waist and 20 inch arms..... hmmmmm.. lets say your arms were 15 inches naturally, which is possible growin up, and you start workin out, how can anyone put on 5 inches in their arms in 2 years naturally... lotsa chicken? wtf?

either your the next Mr.Olympia or your 5 foot 2, hehehehe
cman man, gimme the real goods here cause you can't be serious.

you can go very far in bodybuilding. genetics is the most overlooked part of bodybuilding, but everyone knows genetics tells how far you can go. you have it. now it just depends how much you will learn, WHO you will learn from, and how you will use what you learn. i'm not talking about reading muscle and fitness or flex or any magazines, because they all say the same thing over and over: "eat protein, lift heavy, and rest." Instead, Learn your body, learn about your limits, learn what kind of reps/sets combination gives you the best pump, learn what foods YOUR muscles respond with. if you get your knowledge top notch, who knows, you might look like flex wheeler's brother in no time.

a-t-l belie' dat...i grew up in queens ny

I've thought about using stuff..but there is still so much room for improvement in my diet and training. I recently had my 5 year highschool reunion and all the guys that used to use back then, before developing naturally, are out of shape and **** now. Gonna see how far i can get first then if im not happy maybe...

Just got off work and decided to humor you lol...Ive posted a group picture of my from three years ago in spring break (tall guy all the way to left) to verify my height ( unless all my friends are 4'2 in that pic lol). I was 215 in that picture and was on the 'bench and curl " workout routine lol. I started doing REAL squats and gained alot.

Included is a pic of the scale as well Dally...just for you, as well of some more pics of legs...gotta start doing calves

well, mang, if thats what you say is the deal, then thats what we'll leave it at.

it took me about 14 years to get up to 18 inches cold on my arms .. but I statrted at 6 120 pounds with probably 8 inch arms...to now at 63 235 naturally where I seem to have plateaued... so, I just started the juice path.

but, its just that some people I guess are born with 15 inch arms and work out for 2 years and grow into 275 pound monsters naturally.

some... not all, some.

good for you and welcome to the board.

I'm not saying I never touched weights...I was always husky and lifted in highschool...but that doesn't count in my opinion. I used to pretend to start lifting and leave once one the assistant couch left back then :dg: .The only thing that saved me was having to run stairs with a weght vest adn doing jump squats.

Even when I started college and I wasn't serious in terms of my lifting schedule and would hit the gym only once or twice a week benching and curling both times. No more coach making me run stairs but was getting weaker. Incoporated a complete total body workout 2 and half years ago , ate alot and grew. The growth has slowed down a good bit but I know it it my diet is what is holding me back right now.

the real world sucks ...what i wouldn't give to be an undergraduate again

good work, but yeah, you're right on all the things you need to work on. You might be on your way to a world of great olympia like accomplishments ... if you keep at it. Even with those great genetics I'm jealous of.

I'm gonna have to make sure I don't run into you around one of these various strip clubs considering I'm a bit of an asshole when I'm there and I usually end up being escorted out.

Again, good work.
