Now 10 squirts of 4derm aday is suppose to equal 400mg. Does anyone know how much of that 400mg actually gets into your bloodstream?

65% of that gets into your blood stream and 15% of the absorbed 4ad turns into testosterone

I use 12 sprays ED, and it works good. Keep in mind that you can't just keep upping the dose without also increase aromatization though.
