Hi all havent posted in a long time but im borred and thought i would throw a few pics out there. I just turned 18 and plan to compete in my first comp in June. Right now im weighing in at about 200lbs but hope to hit around 215 for march.

funny you should say "your shoulders are massive".....becuase i would consider them one of my lacking bodyparts..... traps are fine.... delts need a lot of wrrk... but thanks for the compliments!

I would make a small suggestion IMHO you need to thicken up since ur show isn't till june you have time, putting on more muscle mass would be beneficial for a teen with your frame, but u still have a great frame to begin with, keep it up and let us know hows it going.
