I know clomid and nolva are needed for a basic test e cycle. Is L-dex a must when taking a test cycle? If so, when and how much do i take? Is it throughout the cycle or just PCT?

It's recommendable to take l-dex. I would say it has to do with your dosage amount and duration of cycle. If you read Pheedno's PCT. He has excellent studies showing that an AI administration of l-dex alond side the two SERMS such as nolvadex and clomid will divert the SERMs to help stimulate LH levels even quicker as well as stimulate libido.

So if i decide to take test e 300mg a week for 10 weeks, what would you recommend for AI and SERMS for that particular cycle..thanks
