6'1 215 lbs, bf% not sure

just started bulking im 220 now

what areas do you think need improving?

right now i am focusing on biceps, abs and upper chest

looking real good, it does look like your shoulders are the biggest thing you got going for you i would try working on your bis a little more to level it all out, But you are looking good.

They look perfectly fine to me.

I'd say upper chest a bit along w/more back, and it's all good.

chitowntommy - thanks man, i dunno how shoulders grow so fast. i stopped giving them their own day for a couple months to try and let everything else catch up. i just gave them their own day again though

swolecat - thanks brotha :) , definatly agree, need to widen those lats a lot

oh yea im 20 years old

would like to put on about 20 - 30 lbs of lean mass and i can definatly do it just gotta give it time

Dude,

Looking good..all you have to do is thicken up and get LARGE. It's just a matter of bulking and putting on some quality mass.

I have been impressed the past few days with all of you 19-20 yrs olds and your pics. You guys all look great and I don't see any need for you to cycle at this point.

HUGE delts....but u look like you have my problem about your arms.....the rest of you make them look sorta small...just my observation, its probably cause your delts are hugenormous!

I also agree that you need to get some fullness in the arms to help balance out the rest of your body. It also looks like you are lean enough to get some nice abs going. How often are you working your abs?

you look good man..similiar stats to me...funny how ppl w/ close stats can look so different...and do you do any traps in your workout?

darkops: im not working my abs right now, well i do weighted ab work once a month but i am not dieting for abs
these pics were taken after the last week of summer for me, when i went on a cruise so all i did was drink for a week

as79: there is no cycle, im just gonna bulk naturally

bigpup thanks man, i started focusing on traps more because i know they suck ass, so now i do them on shoulders day and back day

You are looking good man. It is hard for tall people to bring out there arms. I am 6-3 and have the same issues. Keep up the hard work and you will reach your goals. Your chest and traps do seem a little overshadowed by your shoulders but you still look very impressive. Also you have suprisingly good legs for a tall person.
