clomid question

I took 300 mgs of clomid in one drink with a little bit of orange juice .it is ok to take in one dose like that or should I have split it up.this was my 1st day how much do i take for the rest of the time on it.

I guess you should have researched before you took it :unsure: i would have split it up into 6 x 50mg doses, but you already took it so i wouldn't worry about it as clomid has a halflife of 6 days, i would just take 50mg a day from now on for about 6 weeks, i am assuming you are coming off a cycle?...XXL
