what up bros, just did 2 shows consecutive weekends, and the results and pics are in. 1st place Bantam weight, and 3rd of 6 for novice Lite weight "Tournament of Champions, NPC 04" was on 09/18/2004

weighed in at 131.5 lbs

These are the results for this past saturday. 09/25/2004,
"Border States Classic 04, NPC" 1st place Bantam, and 2nd Lite novice.

weighed in at 133lbs, but tighter than last week, and carb loaded properly.

i remember when i first joined this board not too long ago. i believe like apr/03
soon after i did my first cycle, and progressed into much more knowledge and know how, next thing i know, i'm playing chemist and did 3 shows in little over a year.. hahahaha

its amazing how much i learned from other bros here, so much knowledge floating around, how can one not achieve his/her fitness goal???
