Ordered Clen...but question about dosage

I got some of this for my friend. She got it delivered to her house, but it didn't come with a plunger or anything to measure it. What do you suggest she use to correctly dose the liquid?


also, she is totally freaked by the "not for human consumption" label. I told her it was a legal thing....I'm right, right?

You are right, but the clen is in a squirt bottle. 1 squirt is .20mcg 10=200mcg

ahhh thanks. She didn't tell me it was a squirt bottle. So I take it she just squirts it into a cup then mix with OJ/Cran?
