Hotrod1 look good for an 18 year old, listen to MIKE XXL he know his ****, anyway
you look good on track, practice your posing and your routine, work on your weak points, here's what motivates me to workout hard for a show, think of a guy who is better than you, not somebody in your gym, in your class, visualize him and work to exceed his physique, who knows it could be you. And have fun at you competition.

What is up with all this teenagers taking over the board...this is insane. They should change the name to AR High School or something?

That is a huge non-sequitor to HotRod's post.

I understand there are some kids here that start sh*t, but you can't group all teens together because of a select few. The only thing high-school about this thread is your offering here.

He asked for critique on physique, not age. I sense jealousy from you over this 18 year old, that's pretty blatant.

hotrod, i hope u change that rear double bi pose before "showtime." your elbows are pointing the wrong way (out in front of you) and it makes your shoulders look miniscule and it hides your biceps also. your elbows should be in a straight line, or even further back to show all the detail in the delts, upper back, inner back and your biceps will be standing out more. i can see that you are trying to widen the lats by putting your elbows in front of you, but the purpose of this pose isn't to show back width, thats called the lat spread. here's a good picture of what your double rear bi should look like:

Good leg development!!!!

Just hit your chest with Dumbells presses with the flat bench and all kinda different incline levels to bring it out some more...Good work though bee!!

Anteriordeltiod...you seem to be taking sort of a conscending tone  by putting the word showtime in quotation marks

He's got lots of negative posts in member's threads.

Things like "do you train your back?" and no other offerings, highly negative in all regards.

Yes, people are taking notice of what is said/contributed. He shows his pics all the time and can't take criticism, but is quick to take "pot shots" at others.

Not a good idea to keep up, keep an eye on that green karma icon.
Like I said in the other thread, I try to tell people to cool their heels, but they don't listen.

For the life of me I can't find where to go to view/add karma. Do I have to view the forum in a particular style to access it?

Put your icon over the green karma icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. It should give a reading of one's standing. (under the "location")

Above that, there is a "weights and measures" icon, if you click that you are able to "comment" about a post.

The only "votes" that affect the karma are those of the mods and requests by the vets, but members can vote too, although it won't change the status of the person. (I believe mods can see who commented what/why they did/etc.)

Swole,

I was just making a joke, not criticizing any of these guys. Just on observation on how young everyone seems to be

I was just looking over old posts on this forum and came on your observation quoted above. Not everyone is 'how young'. I am a competing bodybuilder of 76 years...been training for only four years. I attach a picture from my last contest (July 04).

Nothing wrong with teenagers. But great job man. It seems like you are hitting legs hard to. I know alot of us when we are younger go for the parts we can show off with (biceps, chest), but you seem to be hitting the legs hard to.

Great Job.
