My cycle consists of:

Weeks 1-4: 50mg dbol /d, 1mg arimidex /d
Weeks 1-20: 600mg eq /w, 750mg sust /w, 1mg arimidex /d
Every 4weeks: 5000 U.I HCG

I know for now that i look like sh*t but i promise in a few months that iŽll post
pictures of my transformation.

1mg of arimidex ED is alot...
May effect your sex drive...
I'd back it down a little bro...
.5mg EOD would probably be
enough for the cycle you're
running...

1mg /d is for the first 4 weeks when on dbol after iŽll take 1mg/eod

bro,dont take this the wrong way but i think you should concentrate on cutting rather then bulking,you look like you have some size just need to shape it up now

no offense, but in ur case u will blow up like a baloon...all i ever do are bulking cycles and at 13% bf on my worse day, but you were not ideal candidate for it at all unless u r going for the bloated look....what is ur current bf?................"eq+dbal" u r all over the place....

i would have totally leaned out b4 you bulked since you will not see **** near anything you have gained w/ that bf%. i'm not knockign you. ijust don't knwowhy people bulk when they already have high bf :unsure:

Hate to repeat everyone else...but just cut up man. Get your diet and cardio down, and go hard with your lifting. You'll be surprised how much bigger you look when your all leaned out.

Thank you all for you replies! I have to mension that i have done this before with very good results. When i start cutting i cut really fast! Some years ago i looked even worse much bigger but also much fattier. I start cutting at May and by October i was from 25%bf (now iŽm 22%) to 8%. So please be patient and in a few months you ll se my after pics. Once a month iŽll post progress pics. I need your replies good or bad to have the motivation to go on. Also when the pics where taken i was not posing and was cold. I think i look better. Some stats:

Age: 26
Height: 1.79m
Weight: 106kgr
bf:22%
Bench pressing: 230lbs 8reps
Incline: 200lbs 8reps
Squat: 400lbs 8reps
Leg pressing: 800lbs 8reps
Military: 140lbs 8reps

Training on and off for some years. Started a month a go after 2,5 years.

thats one hell of a jump from 8%bf to 22%bf.......look into ur diet and don't eat like a pig on ur bulking cycle.....more is not always good which goes for food and aas......try not to let urself go like u did last time (going by ur stats) when all ur cycles are complete since it would be a waste of ur time and money.....

You are tottaly correct. In fact iŽm bulking without eating like a pig. Just eating more enought not to loose body weight at this time and i dont do any cardio at all. I started 5weeks ago from 97kgr now iŽm 106kgr (from week 4 to week 5 i didnt get a kilo) My goal is till the end of my cycle to weight about the same but with different bf %. I have manage it before and iŽll do it again. Then iŽll stay off ass for 8weeks and after iŽll start dieting hard, start cardio 5 times x week for 1hour and lifing as hard as i can go because when dieting (70%prot 20%carbs 10%fat 5meals totally 1000cals) i cannot lift heavy. I also think some T3, Clen, DNP will help alot...
For now my diet is 5meals (50%prot,30%carbs,20%fat 2000cals) and i do basic movements (bench, squat, deadlifts).
I dont mind the bloated look cause i know i can do it! And i definitely wont let myself go!!! like i did last time. I PROMISE!

Agreed.

Cardio every morning before eating anything! Its hard... but will melt that bf off you!!! The thing is, when ure leaner and you put on muscle you will see it straight away, if u got more fat then addidng muscle will only just make u look fatter to some extent, as you've always got that layer of fat

ì agree with all of you but as i have told you before i have done this in the past with great results...I will try it againm, iŽll posting progress pics every 4weeks and if something goes wrong you will tell me :)

Fanis,

I'm going to agree with what seems to be the majority on this thread and suggest cutting before you try a bulking cycle. Preferably your cutting should be done naturally through diet and cardio unitl you lean out; don't be too quick to jump on clen/t3 or even ephedrine just yet. I think alot can be done by adjusting your diet. Once you hit around 12-15% or maybe lower, give that bulking another shot.

These guys are giving you great advice.
I too would lean out first with a nice clean diet. If your not dieting now what makes u think u will while on the stuff.
Unless you drop ALOT of BF% first i think the results wont be all that good.
With that cycle and at that BF% u will look like a bag of potatoes by the time your done.
But whatever you choose to do, good luck and keep us posted ont he changes.
