I'm putting together some of my pics in a gallery at my site.

A few people have asked to see this when it was up, so here it is. Rather than posting all those pics here, you can just visit each catalog.

More coming soon, probably around December. :lift:

I have too much d*mn hair!!!!!!

I don't think I'll ever go bald. I shave my head, so it wouldn't matter to me anyhow.

Right now I'm about 8% @ 243 or so.

just wondering, it may be the picture. I one of the pictures in the second album your hittin a back double bi, and your right forearm looks massively larger than your left.

that 4 real or just a trick of the lens?

SwoleCat
10-04-2004, 10:21 PM
It's the angle of my forearm. My left forearm would appear just as thick if I were to rotate my left arm closer to you, the viewer. (you'd see more of the "meaty" part of the 4-arm that you aren't seeing here)

That's why you must know how to post on STAGE correctly. :)

gotcha. it didnt' look that way in other pictures, i just wasnt sure.
yea i know what you mean about the angles you strike your pose at for the judges. I am not a competition bodybuilder, but have been in martial arts all of my life, and before i started the internal arts, i was younger, and used to compete. It is not exactly the same, but many things must be considered when you are performing something for yourself, or for an audience paid to criticize you :)

SwoleCat

I tan 3-4 times per week.

The golden color you see in my professional shots is Dream Tan though, not from a
booth.

Just teasing, but **** you are hot as hell!

Keep up the good work. Do you stay ripped all year, and could you give me a link to the diet you stick to in off-season. I haven't seen any posts from you on what "Special" supplements you take? Would you point me in that direction?

SwoleCat
10-05-2004, 08:54 AM
I stay lean (within 15 lbs. or so of pic/comp weight) year-round, yes. Especially now that I've had double patellar tendon surgery to re-attach both of them (they both ruptured completely off the bone) 15 months ago, too much weight on the legs would not be good for re-hab. So I am almost "forced" to refine what I have now, make all of it razor sharp, and be a walking example of ultimate fitness. I no longer desire (nor is it reasonable to strive for) to be extremely huge, taking all kinds of drugs, etc., that's just not me. I was forced to be natural after the surgery, and seeing as how I look about the same OFF stuff, I think I'll stay off and heal and refine as I am. I see this as a message to my body, and I am going to listen. In my line of work, people like the look I have now, the one you see, and trying to become a bloated GH monster just for the sake of being "bigger", is not what I wish to do. I want to refine, be totally perfect, and have a body that anyone would die to have. 95% of those I work with want a model/GQ look, not the bodybuilder look. I am aiming for the GQ appearance with EXTRA muscle mass..... Not a 175 lb. model type, but a 220-225 lb. one.

I'll have updated pics in a few months again (have done updated ones 2 times on my site and here since surgery), but I just found out I may have to get both knees scoped due to TONS of arthrofibrosis in the trauma areas. (tons of scar tissue prohibiting flexing of all nerves/muscle fibers). Once I can squat my full amounts again, that should be enough to keep my entire body hard/solidified/big w/out having to use anything "extra".

My ultimate goal is 220-225, all the time, perfect proportions all over. So, my journey starts today w/my consultation w/the orthopedic surgeon to see what it's going to take to get me to 100%. He knows I have things to do. :)

This is what I would prefer to do as well just on a smaller scale ofcourse. I have not opted for drugs and would very much like to reach my goal without them. Do you have a thread of the typical SC day? With diet and vitamins etc....

Looking good. On a side note. From a web designer point of view your banner is too tall, and the page would look better if it didnt need to be scrolled top-bottom from the average resolution of 1024x800.

looking good as always bro.
was it the training that caused the knee problems(that would be the obvious assumption)or was it something else entirely different??

what was the heaviest you have ever been??

your arms look fantastic btw.i mean that in the straightest way possable :dg:

SwoleCat
10-05-2004, 02:30 PM
The tendons rupturing is from very bad tendonitis from basketball for 10+years, also called "Jumper's knee". I am sure the dieting/weights didn't help the cause. :)

Heaviest I've been is 296 lbs., and that was about 2 months after I did the Sacramento California National Qualifier in which I qualified, and weighed in that evening at 209.

Talk about quick weight gain, .

Thanks, the arms are what I prize, and I'm making sure the tendons in my elbows and all stay pain free. I have some pain in the right arm, tore the top of my forearms putting down 130's after incline presses, I've learned my lesson. :)
