I was originally interested in using s1+ but saw that you guys have the same thing for cheaper in the t-gel/4AD combo, plus I can get nolva for my pct.
But I'm not sure on the dosing. In order to get 100mg of 1-test and 150 mg of 4AD how many pumps should I use? (I would be doing this twice daily 12 hours apart). Do I mix the 4-AD powder in all at once in the beginning, or do I dose out both products and mix them together every individual time I am going to use it?
Finally, would one bottle of t-gel and one bottle of 4-AD be enough to last me a 4 week cycle?
