mega confused over squirt size!!!

What is the actual amount per squirt in the following products?

I ask because everything ive read on hear seems to contradict. Ive read 10 squirts = 1ml and 4 squirts = 1ml. What is right

I know for the clen it is 1 squirt = 20mcg. I would say if you are just starting out to start w/ 20 or 40 and assess how you handle the sides and then go up. As for the letro.... I dunno. Good luck.

That is actually wrong. I measured myself and Lion assured me 10 squirts is 1ml. That is what I have based my doses on and have had no problems.
