How many pumps of Letro should I spray in my mouth. Someone told me Lion could tell me. I got two bottles with no manual

1 pump is about .25mg , some do 1.25mg eod

What is this stuf suppoed to really do. I know keep estrogen levels down and stop bloating. So I should look more lean???
