i have my liquis clen in front of me right now...

i wanna start my dosage

not much comes out of each squirt, is this correct and does each squirt = 20mg

do not attempt to take 20 mg of clen. That is a ridiculous amount. even one mg of clen is a lot.. that's why it's measured in mcg.
