what is LIO

I ordered some IGf-1 from a research company and they sent me two extras. One liquid clen and one liquid lio. What is the lio and how much of both should I take. I assume the LIO is t3????? Do I drink the stuff or inject it?

'Liquid Lio' isn't enough info to go on.Email the research company and find out.If you don't know WHAT the compound is..don't ingest it period.For that matter..don't throw it away either.

yes it is t3. do NOT inject any research materials, they are oral use only!
The other thing is some research company's misrepresent their thyroid products, when they are labeled as t3, are in fact t2 or t4. Contact them just to make sure of their product legitimacy!
