The injectable stuff is great at 500mcg/ED. It increases energy and appatite. I love it. If you have the oral then alot of it gets destroyed in the stomach, so you have to take ALOT more to get the same effect.

can i inject it sub Q?
i have the liquid. i would do IM but i only do quads, and they are taking enough beating with NPP/prop injections.

I would guess that it would be the same. It would just take alot longer to absorb into you body. I do IM delts/glutes. This is the first time for injecting in my delts and I thought that I would have a problem, but none what so ever. This stuff doesn't hurt....no soreness later...nothing. If you are doing prop then you should already be doing ED injections so just add the B12 to your prop syringe and shoot at the same time. The B12 should also cut down on the prop pain.

I have a question about B12
I go to a trainer that works on pro fighters, namely boxers including Holyfield.
This trainer uses B12 injections to fix bad muscle pulls, cramps, knots, tightness, etc.
He injects B12 deep into the injured spot to rehydrate the muscle. I have tried it, and I have to say it works **** well, its cheaper and I think it works better than a massage. For something severe it usually takes three applications a few days apart and your piss turns pink. Only thing is your sore for a day and you feel like that muscle is really fatigued or tired like you have been working it out too long.

I want to know what yalls take on this use of B12 is!!!!

that sounds way too expensive. Unless they give you a whole lot for it.
I like AR-R but I would not spend that much on B12.
If you run a google search you can find it for like $6-10 easy!
