I feel the clen within about an hour. Be careful about taking it too close to a workout, though. It can mess up your breathing. I usually take mine @ 8am and work out at around 1pm and I am fine by then.

How much is it per pump? 20mcg?
If it is, you just took 60mcg, which is a lil high to start with... JMO

yea i only did three cuz the squirts seemed tiny... i thought the thing wasnt giving full squirts

it take 1.5 hours to get in the system .....slow down 60cmg is high to start with. Remember you don't want to shake if you are your taking. Just because you don't feel it dosn't mean it is not working

well i didnt feel any sides at all yesterday, so i took 3 again this morning :dg:
again no sides today, so i guess ill keep it at 3 squirts till like tuesday then go for 4 and see how that goes, whaddaya think??

maybe im very tolerant of the side effects but 6 squirts (120mcg) and no shaking cramping etc.... im eating 2 bannanas with breakfast and some OJ to help with the potassium... should i keep going up in dosage???

Thats strange. i took clen about 5 months ago for two weeks and everytime i took it i felt the shakes within 30 minutes and a much stronger heart beat.
