thanks AR bro's, i've been busting my ass trying to grow as much as posible with the cycle coming to an end, hopefully i'll keep my gains. My next cycle will be a bit better i hope. Maybe i'll hit 200+ then! thanks for the comments, it really helps me as you can see!ha!

i was 169lbs but solid. next cycle i hope to get to 210-215, that would be bad as hell!
