Alright guys, here they are. A couple of pics at 6'3", 260-265 lbs and 8% bodyfat. Although, I think I'm holding an extra gallon of water.

I'm not sure why the pics are so big, I sized them the same size I usually do. If one of the mods wants to shrink them a bit, its cool.

Lookin swoll SB...and still ultra lean especially after bulking. Looks like you've added thickness in the upperchest and abs. Arms still look good and wheels are still shredded. No flame but calves look a little small compared to the quads (front shot only...they look thick from the side).

Diesel,
I went up to about 7000 calories. I just can't eat more than that! 1000g of carbs a day, 500g of protein, the rest was mostly MCT oil as I eat pretty clean all the time.
And Pete, the calves are definately my focus for a while. They're a bitch!

By eating 'til I'm ready to gag!
Alright, here it is. (during bulking)
Notes:
I use MCT oil to get calories. 1 oz = 225 cal. I usually take 6 oz a day, mixed into my shakes.
In my shakes, I use protein powder and Parillo Pro-Carb
Wake up at 6:00: 50g protein shake, 200 cal
20-30 min cardio: Shake with 50g protein + 90g carbs, 560 cal
9:30 1.25 cups of GrapeNuts=100g carbs + 50g protein shake, 600 cal
12:00 1.25 cups brown rice=100g carbs + 1/2 lb chicken breast=60g protein, 640 cals
2:30 50g protein shake + 12 oz Yam=80g carbs, 520 cal
4:00 shot of insulin, 2/3 of ABB XXL drink=33g protein, 100carbs, 665 cals
5:00 Shake with 50g protein + 90g carbs, 560 cals
Workout: Shake with 50g protein + 90g carbs, 560 cals
7:30 1/2 lb eye of round steak= 60g protein + 1.25 cups brown rice= 100g carbs, 640 cals
9:30 12 jumbo egg whites and 2 yolks=50g protein +4 pieces stoneground whole wheat bread= 65g carbs, 460 cals
Bedtime:
Oh yeah, 3:00 in morning, off goes the alarm, 50g protein shake, 200 cals
Lets add it up. 200+560+600+640+520+665+560+560+640+460+200=5605
+1350 cals from MCT oil = 6955 cals.
I also eat some vegetables here and there throughout the day but don't usually keep track of their calories.

I love Parillo products. They are the best quality out there. I won't say they taste the best. Pro-Carb is excellent. It is maltodextrin with a low DE level so it gets broken down vey slowly. Almost like eating brown rice.

You have a very balanced and nicely cut physique especially your delts and quads. With your frame you could carry another 20 pounds or so and still be cut.

MCT = medium chain triglyceride
Most fats are long chains. Because of MCT's chemical structure, it is broken down into ketones very easily and burned as energy. The body will actually burn it the same time as carbs. Normally, the body doesn't burn fats until carbs are already depleted. And since it is a fat, it has twice as many calories as a carb. So it is great for adding calories to bulk.
The only companies I can think of that have it are Parillo and Sci-Fit. I'll see if I can find it on the internet somewhere for a decent price.
