Getting ripped of is not happening to you. I see that you are in Canada (or one of you) Shipping takes a little longer. Be patient.

no your not getting ripped off ...tall orders have been shipped on time...We have received a few orders back in the last few days due to bad shipping addresses...people are forgetting the apt # or something else....please contact the shipping department via the email on the site. ...

Canada orders take a while 7-10 days the postal system in Canada sucks
