Hi Everyone I just signed up today. I'm Candice .I've competed in four contests. I"ve won one, 2nd in one and 3rd in two. I have to major problems ....I have no calves:( none at all and my legs don't get hard ,my upper body does but not the legs:unsure: HELP

What type of cardio do you do...i.e. if you bike, do you set it at an easy level and pedal fast or do you set it at a higher level so it takes more strength to pedal? (use this analogy for any type of equipment)
