Is there any difference between these creatines other than allsports is alot cheaper? Also will any of this creatiens differ from say like apex volumizer(creatine) thanks! And when you buy creatine in huge ass jugs like this are they just as good as the other creatines that are advertised for like 60 bucks for like 500 grams like Swolev12? thanks
edit: and is micronized creatine the best? or is monohydrate better?

IMO monohydrate is the best of the 2 but thats MO.... i would look into creatines that are very low in sugar, the surger aids the water retention so look into creatines with little or no sugar and somwhere in the range of 10g of creatine mono per serving...

easily done through diet (sugars essencially). and i remember way back when reading about how premixed products containing creatine dont last and are worthless...im out for the night, but may be able to pull up a good read for you later :)

Creatine Monohydrate refers to the name of the actual substance. Micronized refers to how finely ground the powder is. Some believe that micronized is easier to dissolve and better utilized. I like the Kent Nutrition micronized.
