I am 25, 6' tall, 210, arms are about 17 now, they will be bigger again soon (had to back off because I almost had a dumb hernia). Gain pretty easily (still natural), no glasses, clean shaven and short hair.

Hay Canes, you know what helps with the max bench press. Try to do it on an unexpected day!

I remember it was on a Friday, it was a chest day, but doing my MAX was the last thing on my mind, and I really didn't feel like it, but my friend put on 215, and he tried real hard, but he failed. So, I was like, what the hell, i'll give it a shot. I lay down, 215, boom, straight up, no problem, I felt real good, and the weight felt real light. Both my buddies were shocked. The previous max I had done before that was like 210, which had happened like 2-3 months prior. So, feeling all good and shit, I decided to add another 5 pounds. I lay down, 220, boom, no problem, I felt great, my spotter didn't have to touch the bar! So, feeling like God, i said, **** this, i'm gonna hit 2 plates. I lay down, got psyched up, closed my eyes, and BOOM, 225 no problem. It was one of the greatest days in my body building experience (including the day i cracked 200lbs on the bench).

So, don't really think about it, and just surprise yourself, and you'll hit it no problem.

And then we'll see pics of Jason :D

Terinox was saying that he hit the chest TOTALLY unplanned. He figured, what the hell... I'm here spotting, not a chest day, but let's throw some metal on there and see what we get. His actions were totally unplanned, and non-preplanned. Totally spontaneous.

Now... you can do chest on your non-planned day, but in planning it, it now becomes planned. It just so happens that the plan doesn't occur on the planned day. Don't get me wrong, you can still call it "unplanned" but in the process of planning it, you cannot use unplanned and spontaenous interchangeably... they are two totally different realms.

I would say to try hitting chest on the non-planned day first and see what you get. Physically, it will be planned, but mindset wise it will be planned and may cause you to stall since all we really do around here is lift metal with our minds in the first place.

If you fail, then move to plan B, which quite oxymoronically becomes the spontaneous plan. I would say somewhere in the middle of a social function, with a few in ya, drop everything, get to the gym, load up some metal, and hit it!

LOL... In case you haven't figured it out yet, Cannes... you know I'm just messin with ya. ;)

Who said i weigh 200? I'm 5'10" so to even be competitive at a high level i would have to be ~220 off season which i am no where near/nor have i ever been near...and right now i am shrinking by the hour so i probably weigh 110 or something like that :)

practice what you preach is understandable, but I post a good amount and Im not quite 170 (fairly small), but thats PARTIALY because I don't want to be a huge mofo, eventho seeing huge guys/gals is motivational and impressive. And I know Im not always right, but I don't think Im a making a fool of myslef. I've been reading on this board since april of last year and its come a LONG LONG way in the number of good members and information. I remember when there would be 5 questions a day on the steroid board!! :lol:

sorry about the babbling, but some people (like I) rely on what experienced members have said. I've collected all the information in my head from all the smart vets, mods, AND other members of this board over the last while and just trying to be helpful (because I enjoy learning nutrition, drugs, and changing my body for the better).

Actually the only mods that have access to the female forum are the Senior Mods (IG, Ranger, OJ, Mike, CYC and Jason). The forum mods have no access at all...which is exactly how it should be. So I did NOT see the member in question in the fmale forum and neither did CYC. :)
