I just finished a run of DNP that I tacked onto the end of my bulker. With the DNP I ran 1g of Test cyp/enan and 525mg of Tren ace and nolva, femera, b6 etc. Here's how it went:
Day1: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine
Day2: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine (lost 8lbs)
Day3: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine
Day4: 400mg DNP, 10mg Sibutramine, 50mcg T3 (lost 13lbs)
Day5: 400mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day6: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mg T3
Day7: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day8: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3
Day9: 600mg DNP, 15mg Sibutramine, 100mcg T3 (The worst day by far. It was 75 degrees outside when it was only 30-40 degrees the previous days)
Day 10: 10mg Sibutramine, 50mcg T3 (lost 27lbs, I may still be holding water but I noticed weight loss immediatly unlike some people who actually gain weight to start with because of water)
My diet consisted of 2600 calories of mainly protein. I ate 50g of carbs for pre and post workout, but no carbs other than that and minimal fat. I didn't workout during the 600mg days.
I started at 225lbs@20%bf and ended up at 198@11%. That means I lost about 23lbs of fat (1%bf every day) and 4lbs of muscle.
Is there any way to prevent all muscle loss? I thought the AAS would do it, but I still lost some.
