Ok guyz I've been talking about finally getting the digital camera, and well I got my hands on a friends last night and took some very crappy pictures. They are crappy simply because I am in them after taking my spring break off from cardio. I look horrible. Anyway I'm going to put up the first before pic now and then the pic from last night
BEFORE PIC

Ok we will start with the two upper body shots. As u may have guessed I do not have a set of wheels....Well I have the calv's but that's about it. I have 17 inch calves
Also, as you can most likely tell, these pics are relaxed...It's hard to flex when ya gotta take the pics yourself.

As you can all see, i need a lot of work still, but the before pic was also before my appendix burst in Jan. Hence the 3 scars going down my stomach. I'm pounding hard and working on a set of wheels. But first I'll show off my pride...the calves.
Also, let me say you can not see the cut's i have in my calves. I was taking the pic myself and it's hard to flex and snap a pic at the same time, espeacially when you have to bend over backwards to get the shot. :)

:Finally the sick sad wheels....
I'm working hard! Just taking the time to build the base. My legs are thick for my size, but I want some 30' monster quads. Currently they measure in at 24.5'.....Lots of puking and heavy squats are in my near future :)
Again and as always critiques are welcome, but please keep the flames down, I dont want to be extra krispy when I read whatcha say :)

Dude, your ****ing calves are amazing. I work my ass off and I would say I'm lucky if they are one third the size of yours. You have every right to be proud. As for the rest of the body, you look thick and hard. Keep on pumping you'll make it big.

Knipshun, work at cutting up, it looks like you have some muscle under there and I think you'll look great for the summer. Good luck and keep us posted on your results.

bro dont mean to flame but tellus that those are without synthol, look how round they are and super smoth looks like if u touch them they will burst and liqiuid will pour out.plus slightly red after injection.it just looks swollen loke my delt after 2 ccs of TT cyp.theres not even one little separation wich is not right no matter how much beef u got there should be a little something there.

The calves are without ANY AAS. The legs are red because of the Tanning bed as well as the lighting. Also, as I previously stated, I was trying to pose as well as turn around and take the pic of my leg. So have no worries, the legs are not about to burst from anything except the muscle under them. There is shape and I do have that cut which sepearates the muscle.
um here is a pic which may help..a front shot

Kunipshun, you look great!!!!
Although I must speak my mind on this one as I have a brief background in Anatomy and couldn't help but notice an unusual swell on the inner head on your first calf pic.Just wondering if you've ever messed with any site enhancement. If not ,do ya think I could get another pic shot of both calves so I can marvel at your spectacular genetics? Keep up the good work.:afro:

I was wondering about site injections too. If not then you"ve got great genetics for building your calves. Your upper body looks good too.

Guys my calves are all natural. No site injection and no AAS. My mom has calves and the sad thing is my brother is the one who got me started in to lifting weights, he is 5'6 and has calves that are bigger than mine. He works his shit hard and last i checked his were measuring in around 17.5 relaxed.
As far as the inner head being swollen, that is the part of the genetics which bother me. My calves do poke out on the inside of my legs, no matter how much I work the outter portion of my calves they will not grow. That is the only thing about the genetics which suck, but for the size in the inner head i can deal with that trade off.
As far as another calve shot, I have to wait on a camera, I had to borrow my friends digital camera. I will have to wait until I can get access to another digitial camera. But have no fear, I'll post a double shot of them the first chance i get!

Sorry I cant provide pics of my brothers calves, He is currently a "truck driver" so he is on the road somewhere more than likely near one of the fabulous AR members. Last I heard he was up near New York. He calls me occassionally, but next time he is down I'll be sure to get a pic of his legs! :)
I think I may have him beat now, he has not had access to a gym in about 6 months, but genetically his entire body has always responded faster and better to the weights than mine. So I would not be suprised if his are still bigger. He's a freak. Last time I was lifting with him his weight was 180-175 and was benching 295 for reps of 8.

Keep it up bro, you are doing great!
I had a mate with similar calves! He was a freak - mega lean (paper thin skin) yet had no definition in his outer calves or abs.
Calf wise I'm the opposite to you and it's not fun on this end of the spectrum either!
I'll try and post some decent shots of my calves later - perhaps if we could do some mad science we can combine our calf genetics, LOL!

Nice cuts there man! I really gotta get a better pic of mine. I have no where near those cuts and the few that I do have are on the outter portion (the under developed portion) But as far as the skin there, your right, mine is pretty thin on my calves, the veins are easy to see, although I can not seem to get them to pump up exactly like I want.
Anyway, your looking like ya got a set of monsters, how big are they, I would guess 17.5...

I've never in my life seen such calf development, mine are 17" and the dont look nearly as full. Some sick sight, looks like sopmeone transplanted a bicep on a leg. i wish my balooned like that. on the other note, neah, I can do with what I have and work from there.
Hey buddy.....I am trying to say this without it coming out wrong....great progress first of all....but seriously brother I will just be frank about it.....I have never seen muscle development like that in my life, with the exception of where synthol is used....
Not calling you a liar or anything like that but I just am having a hard time believing that's purely natural and normal calf development

Mike, You have no idea how good what you said makes me feel. Seriously I can understand why it is hard to believe but in all honesty it is genetics. I played football all through highschool, I was a full back. When I was a child I walked on my tiptoes all the time and eventually it turned into a normal walk. That is why I think my inner portion is so big. Then when i was in highschool i never worked upper body much compared to my calves. All i needed was that solid drive into the line backer so all i ever did was get on the leg press machine, load all the weight it would hold up, and do calve raises. At Worlds where i lift the most the machine holds is around 1080...that's 26 plates...I have had a friend sit on top of the stack on top and he weigh'd in around 200....So i know i can press 1200pounds with them and I do that for reps....
I normally warm up with around 500, then 700 pounds for 15 reps, Then I just blast the bitches for reps of 10 and work my way up to the max...I add 4 plates after each set, and go until nothing else fits on the machine.
I am going home to my parents house this weekend for Easter to see my mother, I am 22 years old and she is roughly in her late 40's (dont want to say her age) Anyway my father has a digital camera and I am going to try to borrow it and I'll take a picture of her calves.
My mother is 4'10, and my biological father is 6'0....I was told my biological father use to lift weights quite a bit also, but I never met him to know.
At any rate, Mike Thank you for the compliment, You have no idea how good it makes me feel to be accused of using synthol (sp) and shit like that when in reality I have never even used any AS....I want to, just trying to research it all up. I'm not trying to be a smart ass at all, I'm dead serious when I say it does make me feel good.
Also, My calves are in reality not that big, they are only around 17.5' they just look big on my frame. Also my calves are not as cut as they could be and that is because I always train heavy with them, the only cutting exercises I do is when i do my cardio on the eliptical runner, I do it on my tip-toes.
I hope to get this picture for some "parenting" proof. Also, my brother is comming down this weekend from off the road, He drives 18 wheelers and has not been in a gym in at least 2 years. I'll try to snag a pic of his legs. He actually use to have 18 inch calves! He has always been bigger than me, but last i heard he was down to 170, he is also 2 inches shorter than me....
Anyway, thank you again and I'll try to get some more pics for proof later!

oh yeah, i was wondering if you anyone (females) could tell me some of the "larger measurements" for a females calves. My mom is 4'10 - 4'11 she say's
I am going to try to get her to let me put the measuring tape around hers. :) I'm almost positive that her's will measure in at 13-14 without a problem, i'm thinking her's will be more around 15....
Anyway I am going home Sunday and will try to take the pictures sometime Sunday night and post them then. My brother is comming down to my appartment and I'm going to buy a one time disposable camera to make sure I get pics of his, Provided he does show up...he has a bad habit of not showing up...
Also, if there is anyone on this board who is near the Rocky Mount - Raleigh area of NC, please give me a shout
lata.
Damn boy! That first pic of you calf looks like a scene fom Alien... Are you sure it's now a tumor!
Seriously, I wish my damn calves would grow...
Good development on the upper body--your before looks like where I am at now and I would be glad to be in the same shape as your agfter in 3-4 months...
Cheers!
