How do you know if one brand of Trib is better than another?

i like Nutrex Vitrix
its Total Saponins is 80%
Protodioscin 20%

and thats a good way to tell if the trib is good or not buy the amount total saponins

I also like vitrex but it is expensive. I guess the "good" thing to look for is the amount of saponins.
