Milk Thistle (80% Silymarin) 500mg

The M1T gave me back pains and muscle cramps......I'm wondering if this product has the same sides

Methyl-D sucks man it's way overhyped. I dont think anyone has gotten good results with it. You should just stick with the M-1t you'll got a lot better results from that. Stack it with the 4-ad to reduce the sides.

the 4ad and the 5ad are not going to do anything for you at those doses. The milk thistle is a good idea.

but in order for methyl d to work good you need to dose it at 10mgs and higher.
