10 week cycle
500mg test cyp./week
400mg Deca/week

before, 190lbs 11% bodyfat
Bench: 235
Squat: 315
Deadlift: 405

Now (week 7 of 10)
203lbs looks like maybe 10% bf
Bench: 295
Squat: 315 ( I had a 35lb plate fall off a incline bench on my foot in week 2, x-rays negative, so i took some leg days easy)
Deadlift: 415 ( i was only recently able to go heavy again)

I've been training for years, but I go out of the Marines a couple years ago (you cant eat right and train while you're in the field), and since then I've been training hard. Any advice for PCT would be apreciated.

And I should have some before and after pics up soon in the pics forum

And I should have some before and after pics up soon in the pics forumWith the money you spend on Gear you should budget in a reputable "nutritionist" and an MD who knows what kind of blood tests to run and how to treat a chemicly enhanced athelete. Even if you know what tests need to be run, most HMO doctors will not run the appropriate tests. This is not plug for my services but I can recomend the essential support specialists. If you go on your own you will be basing your actions on rumor and heresay. Contact me at www.ironmattallen.com I have sevices which I do charge for, however I will always answer questions and give referrals for free.
