PCT For Next Cycle

I just need some advice on PCT for the next cycle that I'm gonna be doing. I had done a cycle in the past that was great, but was not schooled on PCT, so I developed gyno, which is gonna require surgery in the future. Is tamoxifen citrate and liquidex the same as some of the other PCT's talked about on this board? And although I have gyno, taking the PCT during this cycle will not allow the gyno to get any worse, right? Any help will be appreciated.
