ok I didn't realize the IGF and Aromasin came in the same package so when I got it I was at work and quickly put it in the freezer ( nothing too cold here since it is one of thos emini fridges with the built-in freezer) right away--at lunchtime I checked and noticed up on opening the envelope that the Aromsin liquid was also enclosed-- have I ruined the Aromasin now??
