I guess it is my turn to post some pictures!! These are pics of me 5 weeks into my diet with 7 weeks to go. Going away on vacation in May. In need of one major tan :lol: :lol:

Stats 5'10" 182lbs down from 194lbs since start of diet and I would guess sitting at 10-11% bf..hoping for 7% or so at the end.

Let me know what you think.

Sorry about them being taken with a web cam...don't have access to a digital cam..I am sure they would have turned out better.

I am just about to start a new diet on Feb 1st. I will post everything I am doing shortly. It is similar to what I did when I was dieting in these pictures. However I have learned a few things about myself as far as what foods and how much of them work for me. So there will be some minor changes as far as that is concerned.

When I am using clen to speed up my dieting I use it with ECA. How I personally do it is 1 week on clen 1 week ECA then 1 week Clen and so on. Most do it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off back and forth with ECA and CLen.

But I find that I get severe neck strains which cause headaches and discomfort all day long. So I did some exparamenting with the days on and off and found that if I went up to a week with clen I didn't get any sides.

That is how I have choosen to use it.
