Totally inspiring and makes me mad at myself that I haven't done as well. I need to get it going better and I have those pics to get my ass moving in the right direction.

Got the monthlty stats in -

Looking ok -
Gained 4.15 pounds LBM and 4.8 pounds of fat
Trainer says i am at 8.1% at 156#
last month was at 147#

Does this seem about right for bulking - this is only the first month... :unsure:
