would this workout be good for a women to lose max bodyfat 15 pounds and get muscular, i got this workout on cory eversions webpage.

I wanna know also if with heavy weights a women can firm up, i am spectic about the 12-15 higher reps for women training.

My girlfriend feel pumped but we tryed it with no results for 2 months,,, now she lift a little bite like this and is getting results in fatloss.

Seems that when she pyramides the weights it does wonders.

What works for a pro or someone else may not work for you.If there was one routine that worked for everyone we would all use it.
BB is about learning what works for you and how you can maximise your gains / fatloss things like that.Let your g,f find what works for her and then stick at it for a while.Once the base is set you can tweak it to see better gains

Billy Boy is right, no one workout is going to necessarily work for everybody. Make sure she does some cardio (3-5 X week/30-45 minuntes). I prefer high rep for people who are trying to lose weight(12-20 reps). You can also try circuit training. It will give her a better pump, and help drop the weight faster.

ptbyjason is right keep the reps in the range of 12-20 as anything below that is more for strength and BB training(OK I know legs are higher!!)

But she still has to find what works for her!
