6'-0" 245 lbs - a few weeks out from my last bulking cycle. Still holding some water but that's already starting to change....Go on and flame - I can take it!

Very impressive size bro but one thing though...you might think about a new chain. If your neck or traps grow at all tonight that chain might strangle you to death!

LOL! I know - I've been hearing that alot lately...funny thing is that chain used to hang lower a few month ago :unsure:

Thanks for the nice words guys....I know I still got some work to do to be where I want to be - not sure where that exactly is cause I don't think I'll ever be satisfied! Dieting and cardio are not exactly my favorite things to do but the results are worth the hard work.

I plan on doing some kind of cutting cycle this summer so I'll post some progress pics with lower BF. I'll include the wheels then also - had some nagging knee and ankle injuries that were making it hard to train legs the way I like. I'm getting back on track now though as I been blasting them hard for the past 6 weeks.

Maybe I'll even have a new chain in the next pics too - this one is kinda getting tight :lol:

Wow - I thought this thread was dead and buried LOL - somehow it found it's way out of the woodwork I guess! Thanks for the props bro's! Those pics were taken a few months ago and I have been clean ever since and have leaned out considerably since then also. I'm still weighing between 235-240 but I've dropped alot of the water weight that was on those pics....I'd guess I'm around 10-12% right now but you can see my abs much more than in those pics. I'm by no means shredded like Alevok but I can see 2...maybe 3 some days of that mystical 6-pack :lol: It's hard for me to diet since I love food so much but I have been lately as well as doing cardio 3x per week and it has really made a difference. I plan on getting on a cutting cycle at the end of the month so I'll post some new pics after a few weeks on that....

Man that would really be awesome to have an all PA super bowl! I thought it would happen last year but we all know how that turned out :mad: I'm originally from Johnstown but I went to college in Lancaster so I'm fans of both the Steeler and the Eagles...but my heart is with the Steelers! Whats up Darko - you cheatin' on Freakz I see? I guess that makes two of us LOL! Yeah I can't wait to see how it goes either...I just like to be "on" and I'll be using ED fina injections among other things so I'm looking forward to it. I do have a new chain too so everyone will see that also in my new pics when I post them....I won't be filling this one out anytime soon :lol:

How the hell did this thread come back to life? These pics are so old and I have cut down considerably since then. I'll have to post some recent pics soon....I'll try not to include any pics with squirrels with big balls though :lol:
