ITS ONLY less two weeks... I lost 12 lbs but I suspect lost of is water also! I have been slowing down in weight loss so thats how I figure!

I just wanted to make sure if my diet is working? in fat departmnet and muscle loss! this was the whole intension.

here is my diet

suppliment 3grams of ala+ 3grams of flax seed+ olive oil
glutamine 10grams once morning and once night

meal 1-8eggwhites+one yolk+ 0.5cup of oatmeal protein:carbs:35gprotein:30g carbs

meal2 protein shake: 25g protein: 5carbs

meal3: tuna + salad 50gprotein : 5g carbs
workout

meal 4- pwo shake protein 50g protein :80g carbs

meal 5- +cottege cheese 2weiners +slasa 15-20gprotein + 15carbs
meal 6- 2chicken breast+salad 50gprotein: 5grams carbs

workout one bodypart 5times a week and cardio 45 60-70%intensity

How do you expect to burn fat when you take in no fat at all?

Those pills have hardly any fat in them.. Try having almonds/flax oil/full fat mayo/olive oil etc with your meals.

Example: 8oz Chicken Breast 1 oz Almonds (about 26) comes to around 45 pro/15 fat.

I have used almonds during a cutting diet and they worked great.

only almonds? what about walnut or peanuts unsalted, cashew or pistachu?
also wher would you put the the nuts in my diet?

Are you taking anything? And are you really 5'10" 195-205 at 8-9% body fat like your profile says? I mean, in my avatar I'm 6'2" 188 at around 12%, and IMO I got some size and definition over you, but it could be the pics.

that has not been updated! hahahahha 8-9% thats funny! long and long time ago- I am like 16% in my pics! I gained 6% while gaining 30lbs!
but in my pictures I am really depleted and flat. I look at bigger when I carb up!

I fixed the profile however I weigh 210lbs right now. two weeks ago I weighed 222lbs. I look alot bigger trust me! also of instead crititizing...Why can u give me some information that could help me? huh brother? :unsure:

No criticism here Bro, there was just contradiction between the information in your profile and what your pics appear to be. For anyone to help you they need to know your correct height, weight, bf% ect, thats all. Just making sure the record was straight. You still haven't answered my first question, are you currently on anything?

I did test e 500mg/week for 10weeks 1.5 months ago! and yes I did pct!
now I weigh 210 +/-2 and 15+/-2% bf, 5-10 still

Are you doing your cardio in morning, or when ever you work out? What do you eat your tuna with? you could try mixing it with mayo for a pro/fat meal. I don't think that diet is too far off, I think it would even work for me, but I can eat almost anything. Good luck Bro, keep us posted on your progress with pics.

DROP THE COTTAGE CHEESE. IF YOU CAN REPLACE THE OATS WITH BROWN RICE.

modified a lot, i'd say. you took out all the fats you needed. slizzut's recommendations are good. go with those and you'll have good results.
