The simpliest and easiest photo editor to use can be downloaded from

It's much easier than photo shop, it's a freeware programme and I can reply via a PM on how to use it to resize.
You'll be amazed at just how much faster resized pix will download here, and you'll save a sh*t load of space on your HD.

I like it. I always used "Paint" and that would change the pixels if you altered the pic size at all, this one doesn't do that.
