IMO...Diet is the most effective way to lose weight. You shouldn't use that stack until you're in the 5-10 range bf%.

Difference between 5-10% is pretty big. Most guys wont ever get under 7%. I dont think there is anything wrong with adding a fat loss supplement to speed up weight loss if diet and training are in order.

While I also agree that Diet and Cardio is the most effective way to shed fat I must say, the 5-10% range is a bit off...As long as your diet is in check, your workout's are set and you have the knowledge of these supplements and thier sides your good to go. But without your workout plan and diet in check your only causing more harm to your self, so cheers bro.

In my experience guggulsterones did jack ****. I like HEAT Stack by Avant Labs as far as ephedrine Free stimulants. There is also good old E/C as well.
