Currently dieting, I was totally pissed off with the way it was going, I had dropped from 243 to 228lbs within about 6 weeks, but it looked as though I had lost alot of muscle in the process. I posted my diet and turns out I was only eating EFA's in one meal, and hitting cardio only 3-4 days a week. Anyways, changed my diet around, threw in EFA's within 3-4 meals throughout the day now, and bumped my cardio up to 5 days a week. I am actually 230lbs now, here is the difference within the 3 week change.

thanks, Trying to get my chest to catch up now, my lats are naturally a strong point for me, looking at me straight on they make my 48" chest appear smaller than it really is. If I could get my chest to break 50" and get the six pack, I think it would make me look more proportioned. I totally quit barbell pressing for chest and have used dumbbells for everything now, it has helped keep my shoulders out of the movement. Thanks guys

Lookin good man. Do you include dips in your workout?

I used to do dips in my workout, but the gym I go to now doesnt have a belt to put weight on, so I havent. But that is an area of my chest that I would like to improve.

Looking way better. Are you cutting with diet only, or are you taking supps?

I take the ECA stack, ISS's Satur8, and I just started my prop/tren cycle a week ago. However, I believe that my results so far have been solely because of my diet changes and cardio. At only 1 week into my cycle, I highly doubt I could have changed that much. I would like to be around 205-210lbs at 7% bodyfat by the end of my diet.

Looking good, and very solid for your height. I'd say your upper arms look like your strong point.
