OK.. due to injuries I can only train with really light weight so I am wondering if I should grab some Arginine to increase my pumps or perhaps some creatine, although I have never had any benefit to using creatine. Any suggestions?

you can try CEE Creatine Ethyl Ester . theres a couple threads on it.

Focus on TUT (time under tension) and make the muscles work harder with lighter weight. Do things like holding the peak contraction of every rep for 5 seconds, or using slower negatives, etc. Supplements really are not your answer in this case.

Tru but I am not allowed to flex because of the extra tension.. so I was hoping to achieve a pump, get the blood to muscles another way under light, non flexed weight

Intresting, I would work on explosive movements than, descedning slowly, pausing, then exploding up. An NO product with creatine added would probaly not be a bad idea. One with CEE like CellMass or Dymatize Xpand would be a decent addition. Just curious, what is it that ails you or prevents you from flexing?

straight arginine will not have the same affect as a product containing A AKG. Plus NO boosters work best in conjunction with creatine.
