hey guys sorry for not having enough pics for yall but i just got my camera in and took the rest so feel more than welcome to comment or suggest anything thanks alot..oh and ps: im trying to bulk so my pack is slaggen real bad LOL oh well gotta sacrafice somthing to get big thanks

thanks alot Bri and ya im slaggen on my pack cuz im trying to put on some size which is hard for me cuz im so d@mn skinny natrually so ive cut off the abs as much and am trying to pack on some good size then b/f summer ill cut back down appriciate the comment bud

a while back i was dumb and took a lil test e 250 cycle for 10wks, didnt train, diet, workout right at all totally uneducated when i did this but ive been training off and on for about a yr now without any gear and will contiue to do so for a few more yrs thanks bro

between 5 9 and 5 10, 175-180lbs last time i checked i was 8%bf but that was b/f i started trying to bulk so now im not to sure on bf% maybe 10ish give or take a lil bit

Lookin da*m good for 18 years old...You'll be gettin freakin huge if you stay at it these next couple years. I would try workin those latts a lil harder, maybe incorporate some more wide grip pull downs if you dont already...just my opinion though. Other then that id say you got a sick physique.

Still you are looking great for 18, keep it up and in a few years you'll be huge.

ya i just started doing pull-ups wide grip im trying to get my lats bigger as well as my legs their out of purportion to the rest of my body IMO i appriciate the reply thanks

LOL its funny u asked actually my diet isnt that great at all ill try and eat some egg whites in the morning with some bacon, toast and glass of milk and in being in high school i hardley get to eat for 8hrs just once so i take a chicken breast sandwich to school with a small bowl of fruit thats my only two set meals but ill try and get 4-6 good meals aday after workouts ill use one serving of cyto gainer (900cals. 54g pro.) then maybe try and get one of those b/f i go to sleep if i have not eatin enough throughout the day and hers my split..

chest/calves
legs/abs
rest
shoulders/tris/abs (try and through a lil calve ex. in there)
rest
back/bis/abs (through a lil more calves in there to)
rest

i just started this routine and its prety good so far i think im going to put a lil bit of some tri workouts in with chest on monday and maybe seperate my leg day up a lil bit lik quads one day and put hamms in with another day but thats bout it..thanks for the reply bro
