hello guys

after my 1st cycle that is almost a year ago now i am planning on a new one


currently i am 242 lbs and 18.5 inch arms
i am 6'3" tall
and 20 years old

my 1st cycle was 4 wks dbol @ 30g ed
and sust 250 250 250 500 500 250 250 250 every week

i would like some feedback on the picture and also some feedback on what my next cycle can become. i want to bulk up some more and aim for 264 lbs that is like 10 kilo's more

i want to avoid dbol and deca bc i think i can get gyno pretty easy and even with nolva and clomid it scares me..

plz no flames :P

also i want to say hi to iron game, mike and all the other guys that were around last year :P
