sorry no girls have replied yet, but they'll all say you need to keep training hard, and eating hard. turn off the tv and go workout. get on a schedule of what muscle groups to work on what days of the week. it makes me go everytime.

hey man i have fast metabolism too also asian like you are. We asians don't got such great genes but that's why you gotta work out twice as much man!! Im korean/Japanese. i use to be 135lb about 2 months ago and now im SOLID 154 and keep going up!! Eat Eat Eat!!! i gain lbs weekly and can't stop!! which is Fu(king great!! Get some Creatine, Protein, and glutamine, and work out like a beast. Trust me on this...you will grow. If you arn't growing, you need to get your diet straight, sleep more than 8 hrs a day, and lift heavy 4-8 reps. And if you still don't grow after this??? than i dunno what to tell you buddy...

Eat Eat Eat (great diet, vitamins, GOOD protein, no fat)
+ good quality supls (protein myoplex+whey, glutamine and maybe creatine, 1 week on, one out)
+ sleep sleep sleep (minimum of 9 hours for best growth results)
+ train train train (an anabolic train, of course. that means more and more weight and less reps 4-12)
+ keep yourself always the more suppervized for some especialist you can, so you are healthly and safe, and correct posture and things like that..

You get BIG, CUTTED, with less % of fat, more Kilograms of muscle, and the better> with keepping yourself free of juice now, you will have such a better body for almost all sports that need agility, I belive you love them in you age, and when you get 25 or more, when you hormone levels are starting to decrease, you may think about some juicce. well, what can i say, Lovetopump must have set his goals, and want us to confirm him on that... Its a hars world out there.
I'd say, looking good, you've already got a nice biceps peak, but this is only the beginning! keep on eating and training hard
BTW, i'm 17, and i still have a lot of problems with girls, i've found out that it isnt all about muscularity :( :D

LovetoPump, u have a good base for a 15 year old, how much do u weigh and how tall are you?.
You are already really lean with and awsome bicepe peak that alot of guys would die for!. what i suggest is start taking protein supplements 2 times a day about 25-50 grams of protein per serving. start eating alot. try and stay away from fast foods to often. and only work out 4- 5 days a week max

Day
1--- chest ( could add in triceps if u dont do tris the next day)
2-- shoulders and triceps
3-- Back and biceps
4--legs and calves
5--any thing u feel u neglected that week a bit

remember the key is lifting heavy but with good form if u want size, stay away from doing 12 reps unless its your warm up set. stick to 6-8 reps and even 4-6 reps on really heavy days.

dont touch creatine untill u have your diet down pat and your training down, try to eat six small meals a day high protein moderate carbs

I don't buy that crap. My roommate is Philipino, 5'4" and 180 pounds. He never seemed to have any problems gaining weight and he used to be a pencil neck in school.

If you have a fast metabolism then at least you don't have to do any cardio. From my experience the hard gainer either does to much cardio or doesn't eat enough (they always tell me they eat lots of food ... never seen it but I'm sure I'll get flamed over that commment).

Granted not everyone is going to look like Dorian... heck you'll probably do better with the ladies if you're built more like Bruce Lee.

WTF does it matter if the kid/adult misled us on his age. I thouhgt we were all here to be cool and not flame a dude for asking our opinion. Who the **** cares if the kid wants chicks to dig him. LovetoPump, listen to the guys who gave you advice on lifting. And if you don't want to get flamed again maybe you might want to change the subject title. Look at some of the other memberes pics.

Loveto Pum, keep lifting (or if you aren't get off your butt and get in the gym). Like it was stated above, chics don't only like you for your muscles. It helps but it takes alot more than physical strength.
