here's my pictures. sorry bout the webcam. i'll borrow my friend's digital camera and get some better ones. i'm currently off cycle and tryign to put some weight on before i start to cut down. i'm carrying some water from creatine and trying to go as heavy as i can right now. i usually diet down before cycles so i can see the weight i gain better. i plan on cycling again in jan. i've done three so far.
my stats right now are:
just turned 23 in july
6'2" 245 @ 15 % b/f
arms - 18 1/2 (cold)
waist - 33
legs- 27"

Dane...no flames bro. Your lookin good. Thick through the delts and chest, good pipes, nice traps. Can't see legs or back but I'm sure they're up to par. Even the mid-section isn't bad. At least we can see the shape of your abs...and a 33" waist is good (mine is about 37" and I have WAY too much fat at present). The only comment from me (I'm sure your know this anyway) is to lean out. You have the shape, size and thickness. Just dial it in and you're good to go. Good work bro.

honestly, i haven't really thought about how i'm gonna cut down. i won't be starting that until ealry november. i plan on cutting down from early nov to jan 1. then i'll start a deca/sus/dbol cycle. right now i'm trying to get to 255 naturally. and i can still dunk a basketball!

Looks like you have a naturally thick build and took advantage of it with the amount of muscle you put on. Your looking pretty good for 245 pds being that thick. keep it up

i've got earrings in both ears, tattoos, a goatee, and i'm gonna cycle again in jan. trying to get to 270 and maintain at 260. oh yeah, i'm a seventh grade social studies teacher.

Dane- Your definately packing alot of size and at 6-2 245lbs. you carry it quite well. I also think your being a teacher says alot for you. I have alot of respect for your profession. Teachers don't always get all the respect they deserve.
