Ok i lift 6 days a week each muscle group twice a week, averaging about 19 sets per session. Because I've been cutting for over 4 months, I started Tren and Prop 3 weeks ago. I also do cardio 4 days a week and abs 3 x a week. This is the way i trained in the mid 70's and was as big and strong as they came. Thought I would give it a go again and started this last week. I was on a 4 day split prior to this.

Well If It worked before maybe it will work again. But I dont do that may sets. Im also new to a GOOD workout. Ive always workedout but just not the right way. These guys in here they know what they r talking about so listen up. You can teach an old dog new tricks. But I do around 75 and tht kicks my ass for the week.

If I do 100 sets per week but think I did 150 sets on M-W-F and I think I did 50 Sets on T-TH-S will I still get the bulk I want without the water weight and still be shredded at the same time?
